Commercial property, known as BOG in Dutch, is property for business use. Examples include offices, industrial premises, shops and storage facilities. Alongside appearance, its presentation focuses on practical information: how is the building laid out, what is its floor area, and how does it suit its future user?
Which property media suit my commercial premises?
That depends on the building and its target audience. Photography shows the current situation, floor plans clarify the layout, and a measurement report substantiates the floor areas. Video, drone imagery or an interactive tour can answer further questions about use and location. We help you choose.
How are the shoot and delivery scheduled?
You share the address, property type, size and requested media. We coordinate access and preparation and combine tasks where possible. You receive a schedule in advance that suits the scale of the assignment, with a clear delivery date.
Do you work throughout the Netherlands?
Yes. With photographers across the Netherlands and our in-house Floorplan and creative team, we organise the shoot and production through one contact. For multiple locations, we can also agree a consistent approach to the presentation.
