Property photography shows the current situation; measurements, floor plans and the measurement report clarify the layout and floor areas. Artist Impressions show a possible interior. Our in-house Floorplan and creative team develops the material and checks the result. Since 2014, we have combined on-site experience with specialist post-production. Together, we choose the images and effects that truly help present this home.

In a Furniture Pop, furniture and styling appear step by step in the property video. An empty room visibly gains purpose and atmosphere, helping viewers understand more quickly how they could live there.
It is virtual staging in motion. Advanced and Legendary include two of these moments in the video.

What are Day to Night photos?
We digitally transform a daytime photo into an atmospheric evening image. The sky, lighting and mood change while the home remains recognisable. This lets you show the evening atmosphere of the façade, garden or outdoor space too.
Light and Advanced include two photo conversions. Legendary includes seven. Below you can see the same home in daylight and as a digital evening impression.

What is a Day to Night timelapse?
Here you see the light change in motion: a daytime image transitions into an evening or night-time scene. In the property video, it creates a brief atmospheric moment that fits the edit.
The difference from a Day to Night photo? The photo is a single finished still image; the timelapse shows the transition. Legendary includes two of these video effects. This example uses a drone photo; drone imagery is an optional extra.

What does a Hightech property presentation add?
You show both the home as it is and its possibilities. Photos capture light and space, floor plans explain the layout, and the measurement report substantiates the floor areas. Virtual staging helps viewers imagine how a space could be used. We tailor the tools to the home and its target audience.
Which package suits my home?
Light provides the photographic foundation with virtual staging and evening images. Advanced adds property video, 360° photography and Furniture Pops, among other features. Legendary includes more Day to Night photos and two timelapses. Together, we consider which elements will add value to your property presentation.
Who creates and checks the presentation?
Our photographers carry out the shoots on site. Our in-house Floorplan and creative team develops the material and checks the floor plans and images. You have a dedicated contact from scheduling to delivery. Boykeys has been creating property presentations since 2014.
How do you keep digital impressions clear for buyers?
An Artist Impression shows a possible interior; a Day to Night image shows a digitally created evening atmosphere. We clearly present these images as impressions. They complement photographs of the existing home, so viewers can distinguish between its current condition and its possibilities.
Is a Funda package included?
No. Light, Advanced and Legendary align with the presentation options of Funda Bronze, Silver and Gold, but the Funda package itself is not included. The cards above show what our packages contain. Additional products, such as drone imagery, are discussed separately.
How should I prepare my home?
